Gaby III, Multifunctional Breast Simulator

SiMPEDIA’s Gaby III features an upgraded ICG axilla, with ICG incorporated into lymph nodes and lymphatic vessels.

Designed by surgeons for surgeons, Gaby III allows SLNB, advanced targeted axillary dissection and axillary clearance with ICG guidance and LYMPHA reconstruction. All within an anatomically correct axilla with neurovascular structures.

The simulator features a large ptotic breast with skin that can be de-epithelialised, supporting advanced oncologic resections and oncoplastic reconstructions including mammoplasty and implant-based reconstruction.

The simulator is USS compatible allowing fine needle aspiration and core biopsy.

Skin, nipple, subcutaneous fat, breast gland, pectoral fascia pectoralis major and minor, latissimus dorsi, serratus anterior and intercostal muscles.

 

Axilla:

  • Brachial plexus. Axillary artery and vein.
  • Medial and lateral pectoral nerve. Intercostobrachial nerve
  • Thoracodorsal nerve, artery and vein. Long thoracic nerve, lateral thoracic vein and artery.
  • Lymph nodes in level I, II and III, and lymphatic vessels.
